Documents Required

1. Application Form (in triplicate) with two Signatures indicated on the Form
2. MMC Registration (MBBS & Additional) In Triplicate
3. 3 Passport size photos
4. For couple membership, marriage certificate
5. W.e.f 11/05/2023 18 % GST will be added to membership fees.
6. Single Membership Rs. 21240/- (Fees Rs. 18000 + GST Rs. 3240)
7. Couple Membership Rs. 28910/- (Fees Rs. 24500 + GST Rs. 4410)
8. Cheque to be drawn in favour of “IMA PCB”

Membership Procedure

1. The new member is registered in IMA PCB branch immediately after receiving the above documents
2. Two copies of the application forms are sent to IMA Maharashtra State and from their office, one copy is sent to IMA Delhi Head Quarters
3. The IMA Delhi Head Quarter issues the certificate of life membership which probably takes 3-6 months
4. The certificates are usually sent directly to the members from IMA Delhi Head Quarters

Documents Required

1. Application on letterhead for NOC addressed to Old branch President
2. Original IMA Certificate of the old branch. If original certificate is misplaced then only Affidavit on Rs 100/- stamp paper in given format
3. Application Form (in triplicate) with two Signatures indicated on the Form
4. MMC Registration (MBBS & Additional) In Triplicate
5. 3 Passport size Photos
6. For couple membership, marriage certificate

Membership Procedure

1. Those who have applied for transfer of the membership are registered in IMA PCB after receiving NOC from the original branch
2. Their applications are forwarded to IMA Maharashtra State
3. So, it takes a longer time as compared to a new membership
