IMA PCB and JUPITER HOSPITAL jointly organised a full day CME on on 4th August 2019.
The CME started with Role of PET CT by Dr. Kunal Shaha followed by Pain management in Cancer by Dr. Priyadarshini Kulkarni. Both talks gave an insight into the subject. Next speaker was Dr. Swapna Athavale on Oncoplasty and Dr. Rahul Dalal on Microvascular Surgery.

There was a formal inauguration programme with IMA PCB Dignitaries and Dr Vikas Patil Supritendant and Dr Suryabhan Bhalerao Senior Surgeon from Jupiter hospital. Post-inauguration Dr Vikas Kothawade spoke on Advances in Radiation Therapy. Dr Tushar Patil gave a talk on the Role of a primary physician in Cancer Patients. Dr. Mangesh Mekha spoke on Chemotherapy and Dr Ashish Pokharkar on Minimal invasive Surgery.

Post lunch there was a panel discussion on Advances in Breast Cancer and Gynaecological Cancers moderated by Dr Pranjali Gadgil and Dr Jatin Bhatia respectively.  About 140 delegates registered for the CME. The quarterly newsletter Spandan was released on this occasion by Dr Rakesh Neve with Dr Santosh Latkar & Dr Archana Jadhav.
