Free Health Check-up Camp

On 14th April, on the occasion of the 135th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, a free health check-up camp was organized under the “Disease and Stress Free India Campaign” in association with Dr. Gaikwad Diabetes Center, Bhosari and Weekly Vandana Group. Free blood pressure, weight and blood sugar check-ups were conducted for the citizens in the camp. The program was inaugurated by President Dr. Sudhir Bhalerao by paying homage to the statue of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Present on this occasion were Secretary Dr. Vikas Mandlecha, Executive Vice President Dr. Milind Sonawane, diabetes specialist Dr. Anu Gaikwad, senior general practitioner Dr. Chandrakant Valake, Dr. Prakash Rokade and Dr. Kasbe. Citizens of the area were present in large numbers. Dr Chandrakant Valake gave guidance on healthy lifestyle, stress management, diet and exercise.
