On 4th May, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and Divyang Bhavan Foundation jointly organized a program focused on empowerment, inclusivity and employment opportunities for the differently abled. The event witnessed the participation of representatives from various organizations, corporate companies and social leaders from across Pimpri-Chinchwad.
Honourable Mayor Shri. Ravi Landge and Hon. Municipal Commissioner Dr. Vijay Suryavanshi inaugurated the event and appreciated the efforts being made towards creating an inclusive society. The organizers emphasized respect, equal opportunities, accessible infrastructure and encouraging Divyang individuals through trust and support. CEO Mr. Paresh Gandhi expressed gratitude to all dignitaries, participating organizations and attendees for making the event successful.
PCMC Divyang Foundation has taken an inspiring initiative through Sandhi Aarambh to empower Persons with Disabilities by creating opportunities, positivity and inclusion in society. The foundation focuses on CSR support, corporate job placements, confidence building and strengthening individuals from 21 different disability categories. The initiative highlighted the importance of respect, trust, encouragement for small achievements and inclusion in workplaces and public sectors.
